I’ve always been a huge fan of a great brunch mashup? Why?  Because I get to enjoy my favorite food and drink together in a single dish! And, let’s be honest, my top three—bacon, bourbon and brioche—are a culinary match made in boozy brunch heaven.  The make-ahead-of-time casserole I crafted is not only deeeeeliciously indulgent but a perfect way to kick off a special occasion like Father’s Day (hint hint wink wink—kids, are you listening?!?!). The dose of maple syrup I used—you know I like the good stuff—is Pappy & Co’s 23-Year Bourbon Barrel Aged Pure Maple Syrup (Limited-edition Batch).  WHOAH! Wait until you try it because it is worth it! When combined with our award-winning XXL Maple Bacon Steaks, this casserole will never disappoint and may lead you to eat a second or third helping before happily heading to a nearby hammock for the rest of the day!
