Bacon wrapped shrimp

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 strips of bacon, cut in half
  • 12 shrimp, shells removed, deveined and washed. Keep tails intact.
  • Salt & pepper
  • Tooth picks

RECIPE

  1. Preheat oven to 450°
  2. After cleaning and drying shrimp, salt and pepper each side
  3. Wrap each shrimp in a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick
  4. Place bacon wrapped shrimp on a foil-lined baking sheet and cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping the shrimp once in the middle.
