- 6 strips of bacon, cut in half
- 12 shrimp, shells removed, deveined and washed. Keep tails intact.
- Salt & pepper
- Tooth picks
- Preheat oven to 450°
- After cleaning and drying shrimp, salt and pepper each side
- Wrap each shrimp in a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick
Place bacon wrapped shrimp on a foil-lined baking sheet and cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping the shrimp once in the middle.
