Cooking Suggestions
SKILLET (Strip, Bacon Steaks, Lardons)
- Lay single layer of bacon in a cold skillet with juuuust enough water to cover the bottom of the pan.
- Set heat to med-hi and completely cook off the water
- Lower to med heat and brown first side
- Flip and fry second side to desired crispiness
OVEN (Strips, Bacon Steaks)
- Preheat your oven to 400°F degrees
- On a foil lined baking sheet, lay bacon in a single layer
- Bake until desired doneness is achieved, about 20 minutes
GRILL (Bacon Steaks)
- Lay Bacon Steaks directly on med-hot grates and grill until you’ve got good grill lines
- Flip and grill opposite side
