Cooking Suggestions

SKILLET (Strip, Bacon Steaks, Lardons)

  • Lay single layer of bacon in a cold skillet with juuuust enough water to cover the bottom of the pan.
  • Set heat to med-hi and completely cook off the water
  • Lower to med heat and brown first side
  • Flip and fry second side to desired crispiness

OVEN (Strips, Bacon Steaks)

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F degrees
  • On a foil lined baking sheet, lay bacon in a single layer
  • Bake until desired doneness is achieved, about 20 minutes

GRILL (Bacon Steaks)

  • Lay Bacon Steaks directly on med-hot grates and grill until you’ve got good grill lines
  • Flip and grill opposite side
