SKILLET (Strip, Bacon Steaks, Lardons)
Lay single layer of bacon in a cold skillet with juuuust enough water to cover the bottom of the pan.
Set heat to med-hi and completely cook off the water
Lower to med heat and brown first side
Flip and fry second side to desired crispiness
OVEN (Strips, Bacon Steaks)
Preheat your oven to 400°F degrees
On a foil lined baking sheet, lay bacon in a single layer
Bake until desired doneness is achieved, about 20 minutes
GRILL (Bacon Steaks)
Lay Bacon Steaks directly on med-hot grates and grill until you’ve got good grill lines
Flip and grill opposite side
